Cars Services can be delivered to vehicles parked outdoors or indoors in Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
Car Wash services can be ordered to most locations in Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Deep Wash is available in most of Dubai only.

For an exterior car wash, park in an easily accessible area, either outdoors or indoors, ensuring there is enough space around your vehicle for it to be cleaned.

For an interior car wash, park your vehicle in an accessible area, either outdoors or indoors, ensuring there is enough space around your vehicle for it to be cleaned. We will need access to the interior of your car, so we’ll let you know when we are nearby so that you can unlock it.

Generally, this won’t be possible as we will have other scheduled orders to make first. You can contact our Customer Care Team 042714716 to see if they can assist you in case of an emergency.

All customer data is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and is stored in our servers in an encrypted format. We have no access to your encrypted data. We also do not hold your payment card details.

Absolutely. Our delivery trucks are built to international standards and are equipped with the latest security and safety features. Our Genies are carefully selected and have completed our comprehensive training academy program.

It is completely safe to leave your car unlocked. In fact, you can keep your car locked until you receive a notification from the Genies that have reached your location and then unlock your car for them.

You pay the same for your services as you would at the car wash station or mechanic workshop, with no delivery fee.

JINO is derived from the Italian term for ‘Nobel Man’. In our case, that means that a Genie will serve your car with magic! All services are under your demand and delivered to your doorstep.

You can add or remove vehicles through the vehicle selection screen on the main page.
To add a vehicle:
  1. Go to the main menu on the application home screen / or Go to the Drop slide at the home screen on the application.
  2. Select “My Vehicles”.
  3. Select “Add Vehicle” at the bottom of the page.
  4. Add your vehicle’s details and tap “Save”.

To delete a vehicle:
  1. Go to the main menu on the application home screen.
  2. Select “My Vehicles”.
  3. Choose the vehicle you want to delete.
  4. Select “Delete Vehicle” at the right side of the page

You can view your orders in the app:
  1. Go to the main menu on the application home screen.
  2. Select “My Orders” to see all previous and future orders
Pricing & Payments

If you cancel your order at least two hours before the scheduled delivery, there’ll be no charge. Cancellations made within two hours of scheduled delivery may be liable to a cancellation fee. Check our Terms of Use for full details.

You can use COD (Cash on Delivery) or any UAE-issued Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX debit or credit cards to pay for your orders on the app.

You can add more than one payment card to your account and set any of them as a default card.

To add a payment card:
  1. After you add a service to the cart, select the “Debit/Credit Card Payment Method” in the payment method field at the Cart screen.
  2. Select “Credit/Debit Card”.
  3. Tap “Complete Order”.
  4. At the Payment Gateway screen, Tap “Add a Payment Method” and enter your card details.

To Remove a payment card:

  1. After you add a service to the cart, select the “Debit/Credit Card Payment Method” in the payment method field on the Cart screen.
  2. Select “Credit/Debit Card”.
  3. Tap “Complete Order”.
  4. At the Payment Gateway screen, Tap “…” next to the card you want to remove and select “Delete Card”

Absolutely. We use the most secure payment gateway to offer you a fast, safe and secure way of paying using either your debit or credit card.

It’s for your security. The payment of AED 1 lets us verify your payment card before we accept your order. Once your order is complete, we deduct AED 1 from your order value.

After your order has been delivered, we’ll email you a receipt showing the names of the delivered services, the price per each service, and the total amount charged to your card or paid amount in cash.

Your card may have expired, you may not have sufficient funds available, or a technical problem may have occurred. Please check with your bank or card issuer for more information.

Service Delivery

You can cancel your order in the app:
  1. Go to the main menu on the app home screen / or press the animated button “Track Order” on the home screen.
  2. Select “My Orders”.
  3. Select “Upcoming”.
  4. Select the order you want to cancel.
  5. Go to the order details screen and select “Cancel Order”.

We can deliver services to vehicles parked outdoors & indoors. If you’re parked in a basement, you can bring your car out to our Genie or check with your building’s security if it’s allowed to deliver our services to your basement. Just be sure to leave a note when you make your booking informing the Genie where is your car located.

You can check the estimated time of delivery (ETD) via the app:
  1. Go to the main menu on the app home screen.
  2. Select “My Orders” to view the active order.

If the ETD isn’t shown, or the Genie is significantly delayed, you can contact our Customer Care Team 042714716 for an update.

Our Genie won’t call unless he’s having difficulty finding your car or making the delivery. Remember, you can get live updates of your order’s status via the app. (We recommend setting your phone to allow the JINO app to display notifications.)

Tip: When requesting an order to be delivered between 10pm and 6am, you can tell our Genie NOT to call if he can’t find your vehicle. Just add a remark from the app checkout screen for the Genie to don’t disturb you while delivering the order.

Once you’ve confirmed an order, it’s not possible to change the ordered service. Instead, cancel the existing delivery and place a new order for the desired service.

You can check your order status in the app:

When making an order:
  1. Make sure that the location is accessible for our motorbikes or trucks.
  2. Make sure that the pinned location is accurate. You can add a note to our Genie if needed.
  3. Make sure you answer any incoming calls or messages from the Genie – they may need help locating your vehicle.

The most common reason for order cancellation is a payment failure. Please make sure your card is valid and that you have sufficient funds available or check with your bank for any issues with your payment card.For other reasons, the order might be canceled due to the unavailability of the Genies or their equipment, our Customer Care Team will contact you to reschedule a canceled order.

You can add several services from different categories for the same order, and each service will have a different schedule for delivery.

If you run out of fuel on the highway, you can order roadside assistance – fuel delivery service using the app. Our Genie will make a safety assessment based on your location, and if we can safely help you, we’ll refuel your vehicle.

Yes, you can store multiple vehicles in your account and select which vehicle you’d like to order services for.

Car Wash

Waterless Exterior Wash
  1. We apply a specialist eco-friendly waterless car wash product to capture surface dirt and bugs.
  2. Using a soft microfiber towel, we gently wipe down the bodywork to remove grime.
  3. The eco-friendly waterless solution will add a high-quality wax sealant to protect the paintwork and lock in the shine.
  4. Using a second microfiber towel, we give your car a final polish.
Waterless Exterior with Interior Wash
  1. After cleaning and polishing the exterior (see above), we get to work on the interior.
  2. We remove and vacuum loose carpets, and vacuum fixed carpets, upholstery, panels, and seats.
  3. Using our special anti-bacterial cleaning solution and microfiber towels, we mope all interior surfaces and windows, leaving them clean and fresh, free from viruses, and 99.9% bacteria-free.
Waterless Exterior, Interior & Engine Wash
  1. After cleaning and polishing the exterior & interiors (see above), we get to work on the engine.
  2. We blow all the dust over the engine parts using a blower machine.
  3. Spray over all the engine parts using a special solution for removing oil stains and grease, then we mope all the reachable surfaces of the engine, leaving them clean and fresh.
Steam Wash
  1. Using PH-neutral water, we apply steam to all exterior surfaces, before wiping down and waxing the bodywork using microfiber towels.
  2. We remove loose carpets, and steam-clean the interior surfaces (avoiding any sensitive areas such as the dash and instrument panels).
  3. We wipe all the surfaces down, again using microfiber towels, and apply a multipurpose cleaner, before thoroughly vacuuming the interior.
  4. Finally, we apply a foam detailing solution to leave your tires looking slick.

The Shampoo Deep Wash service washes the exteriors of your car using high-pressure shampoo wash, and the fabric/leather seats as well as the dashboard and AC buffing. It also details the surface through a grinder brushing process. The shampoo is applied while brushing and water residue is vacuumed for a clean and dry interior. If your fabric is burnt or has deep stains or changed colors, we recommend an upholstery service that is not included in this service. This service can only be provided in closed/indoor areas or in-villa parking areas. Wave goodbye to the dust, dirt, and stains on the engine’s surface as JINO uses the power of steam that lies in its ability to break down the dirt while being gentle on your car’s engine to keep your engine as clean as new.

Cigarette smell is stuck in your car? JINO is on-call to provide you with an O3 or Ozone Odor Removal service anywhere in Dubai. Benefit from an odorless car service using an ozone machine that connects the ventilation pipe at the output of ozone and then sets it outside the car. Ozone is drawn into the interior of the car via a pipe entering through a slightly opened car door. The ozone is sucked into the ventilation ducts to remove odors from the ventilation system of the car.

Important info, it's not recommended to enter your car while the o3 machine is operating; The Ozone disinfection service will fight all bacteria inside your car's interior and AC system and assures that all germs and bacteria that have occurred a bad smell are removed so then your car smell will be fresh and refreshed!

If you chose the payment method by Debit/Credit card, which means that you are charged as soon as your order is accepted.

All orders are non-refundable, canceled orders will be added to your balance in the app and you can reorder the canceled service within 7 days.

The Engine Oil Change will take between 25 and 45 minutes, depending on your vehicle model and the space where the service is performed

To get an accurate price you will need to provide us with your engine size.

Lift the bonnet/hood and look around the engine bay for an etched or raised marking indicating the size of the engine. On some vehicles, there is an EPA sticker under the hood that states the size of the engine..

Your vehicle owner’s manual will show the engine size – look for sections headed “Specifications” or “Mechanical Information”..

Alternatively, look at the model markings at the rear of your car, as the engine size may be shown there.

Select “I don’t know my engine size” and our technician will visit your location and check it for you.

Engine Oil Change orders need to be placed one day in advance. This is to ensure that the technician has the necessary equipment and filters with him
Battery Service

When the technician arrives, you’ll receive an estimated quote. The final payment will be charged to your account once the battery service has been completed.

The cost of the battery service depends on your car’s make and model – which will affect the amperage it requires – and the brand you choose.

The price you pay includes our professional diagnostic service, battery replacement, and warranty, including roadside assistance.

If you just require a jump-start, you’ll only be charged AED 100.

If we can’t find any problem with your car’s battery, we won’t charge you, and where possible we’ll help to identify the underlying issue.

When you book a battery replacement via our app, we’ll show you a range of battery brands that are suitable for your car.

Once you’ve booked, our technician will come to your preferred location and run a full diagnostic to confirm the issue and carry out the replacement.

The final price you pay includes the battery, delivery, installation, diagnostic check of the charging system, and a roadside warranty.

The warranty duration for a new battery depends on the brand you choose.

Your warranty entitles you to a free battery diagnostic check and a free replacement if the test results show that your battery is faulty.

Tire Change

Yes, as long as there is at least a two-meter space between your car and any surrounding objects.

The tires at the front of your vehicle often wear out faster than the ones at the back. Rotating the tires (changing their position on your car) helps ensure that they wear more evenly and helps extend their lifespan.

Following your initial Tire Service, you are eligible for a free tire rotation service every 10,000km. Just contact JINO Customer Care (042714716 or via in-app chat) to arrange for a Genie to come to you and rotate your tires, free of charge. Please keep your order number on hand for reference.

Before your tire service has been completed, we’ll charge the payment to your card/wallet.
